Steve Davis and David Eckert have been looking at some of the challenges facing our coastline in recent times and what we may face moving forward. Mr. Davis is a retired architect who helped organize the sea wall group in the Painter's Hill area. Mr. Eckert is an engineer who spearheaded the Hammock Dunes HOA FEMA protective dunes project post Hurricane Matthew.
