This event is a FUNdraiser for the Hammock Community Association.  Proceeds will be put towards advertising fees and attorney fees for the “Save Bing’s Landing Park” initiative.  Keep the Park a Park!

We are hoping for 12 players in each level (self-identify)--  Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced. 

SCHEDULE

7:45  Check-in begins  Includes water and breakfast bars   (All, make sure to get checked-in before your court time begins!)

8:15– 9:30    Round Robin Play for Beginners   (Six 8-minute games, changing partners and opponents for each game)

9:30 – 10:30   6-event “Rodeo”   All levels

10:30 – 11:45   Round Robin Play for Intermediate

11:45 – 1:00    Round Robin Play for Advanced

Come, play, enjoy your friends, make new ones, and contribute to an important cause!

Notes: 

1.     If the pickleball event gets rained out or if you can't attend, your contribution to the Hammock Community Association will not be refunded. You may send a substitute of your level.  

2.     We need 6 volunteers to help during the event. Contact me if you know someone who will help!

3.     Food, drinks and entertainment are available at Bing's Landing Park from 12 - 5 pm

4.     The courts are reserved for our FUNdraiser participants through 5 pm so feel free to play after the scheduled events are over

Donations from this campaign will go toward advertising and attorney fees incurred during the effort to preserve parks in our beloved Hammock. HCA makes no guarantees as to the result of the efforts, nor occurs liabilities or duties other than to promote the effort and to manage all donations gathered in a reasonable and transparent manner. If we have funds remaining after this campaign, we will use them in a like manner for preservation of our unique and beautiful Hammock.
