Captain’s Bait, Tackle & BBQ filed a suit against Flagler County in June of 2019 for breach of contract, an act that prevented them from building a larger restaurant on county property. A hearing is scheduled for 2/24/21 and depositions are scheduled for 3/23/21 and 3/31/21.
