Case 2019 CA 000381 - CAPTAINS BAIT TACKLE AND BBQ LLC vs. FLAGLER COUNTY A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION

Captain’s Bait, Tackle & BBQ filed a suit against Flagler County in June of 2019 for breach of contract, an act that prevented them from building a larger restaurant on county property. A hearing is now scheduled for 2023.
