Johnson Beach Drainage Project

There was a meeting on Saturday Oct 31 at 9 AM at Bings Landing where neighbors expressed their desire to retain the trees in the Johnson Beach Subdivision, but provide for drainage of First Ave.

Our neighbors wanting to preserve the character of Johnson Beach (across from Bings Landing) are asking you to sign this petition.
Flagler County sent a questionnaire and maps of "roadway and drainage improvements" to property owners of Johnson Beach (Seminole, Apache, Cherokee, Osceola, First Ave) to determine how to proceed, with the resulting loss of 98 trees. The documents are available to view here. If you live on one of these streets and have not yet received or returned your questionnaire, please print this form, complete it, and mail it. Also, contact Lynn Miller at lynnmillr@yahoo.com. The neighbors have marked the trees slated to be removed. Photos and a video of this unique old Florida heritage neighborhood are available here.
